Can I reduce Yola logo size?

When I put up my first Yola websites six months ago I was impressed by the discrete size of the "Make a Free Website with Yola" logo at the foot of each page. I've now created another website, but this time the logo is much larger and more obtrusive. Is there any way I can change it to the smaller size?
I'm very happy to have the logo there - just don't want it dominating the landscape.

Hello, I am sorry to say, but you can't change the size of it because ever since June 20th, 2010 all accounts created after that get a bigger banner. You are always welcome to Upgrade your Yola account to Yola Silver and it will remove it from all of your sites! You will also get these features on Silver:

  • Custom domain name

  • Private registration for your domain

  • Premium style

  • Yola branding removed from all sites and pages

  • More site statistics

  • And much more!

  • Learn more about Yola Silver ยป

I hope this information is helpful!

Hello Peter,

Thank you for your message. We have been updating the look and feel of our website and Sitebuilder and our Yola Link has undergone some changes as well. These changes only affect Yola accounts created after June 21, 2010.

The new Yola Link is larger to encourage visitors to your site to click through and sign up for a Yola account. We're proud to be associated with the sites built using our Sitebuilder and hope you feel the same about being associated with us.

If you feel the larger link detracts from the overall look and feel of your website, we do have a solution! You can purchase a Premium Style or upgrade to Yola Silver and the Yola Link will be removed from your site. Unfortunately it is not possible to resize the Yola footer.

I hope this information is helpful, Peter. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
