Hello,

You cant upload any file that more than 10MB which is the maximum limit that u can upload to your Synthasite.

Look for Ruth reply below for the list of file that not allowed to upload.

Unfortunately there are a number of file types that are restricted for security reasons. If we allowed these file types, this would leave SynthaSite open to serious abuse by people with malicious intent. Executable files are one of the restricted file types.

I think Synthasite don't want people to post virusses on their sites.

I understand that .html files and .exe files can't be uploaded, but the only other alternative is to upload my .swf files. When I do so, they are extremely grainy looking. Any reason for this?

It could be that you have stretched the dimensions of your .swf player. Would you be able to post your URL so that we could take a look at what you have?

Thanks for getting back with me. Here's the URL.http://www.techwritersinc.com/resourc...

This is my portfolio site. I develop web-based trainings and publish samples here. But the ones I am recently developing seem really grainy. Thank you for anything you can help with.

Thank you

Hello Abbie

I'm not sure why they are coming up grainy. Have you been able to look at the original source to see if it also looks grainy there? Also, when you go to save the .swf file, is there a pre-determined size? Perhaps you can select one that is smaller in dimension to see if this has any effect?

The original is fine. It doesn't look grainy. I'll try adjusting the size as you recommended. Thank you.
