Can I Use a Domain Credit from a Renewed Yola Silver Account to Buy and Host a New Domain?

I have Yola Silver and I want to know if I can buy another domain and host it for a year if I renew Yola Silver rather than hosting my original domain name for another year. Example:

I currently host www.552clan.com with Yola Silver. I wish to purchase domain name www.somethingelse.com . Can I use my domain credit to move my site to a totally new domain at no extra charge?

Hello Michael,

Thank you for bringing this question up! If you choose to renew your Yola Silver package, you are certainly welcome to use the domain credit you receive to renew your current domain, or redeem an entirely new domain.

The domain credit includes any of these four domain extensions: .com, .biz, .net and .org. As long as the domain you are seeking is available, you should have no troubles redeeming it.

Please let us know if you need further clarification.

Hello Resham,

The reason why you did not get a domain credit is because you signed up through our Google Partnership program. By doing so, you already receive a free domain! :)
