Can not configure mail as there is no Link

I have paid for Yola mail, I did not get given an opportunity to configure once I had paid and there is NO link to it anywhere on the site for me to set it up. I have written to Yola support but NO reply

Hi,

IF this is not a bug related issue. Once logged into your Yola account, directly to the left of the page before you is the menu for yola mail !

Defiantly not there. I have spent a long time trying to find the link and I was not offered the option to configure after the payment was taken. Very frustrating, I think it must be a bug!

Hi,

If you have signed up via a partnership program then the Yola Mail feature will NOT be available to you. However, another alternative is Google Mail via Google Apps.

Rynaldo thank you for replying to my post I am sorry for being ignorant but.....
What do you mean by a partnership program? I sign up via Yola.com and it offered me the option to have yola mail. I have paid for it, they have taken my money. if this is the case if should not have been offered SURELY?
I am waiting for yola to get back to me but the other free sites I have seen are superior to Yola ( flash etc ) and I might just have to start all over again.
very disappointing.
Lets see what they have to say.

Hello Louise,

I can confirm that you did sign up via our Get British Business Online partnership (http://www.gbbo.co.uk/). Because of this, Yola Mail should not have been available to you.

We will be refunding you the Yola Mail you have purchased. In the meantime, we suggest that you set up your email with Google Apps. We have a great tutorial set up here: Setting up your email with Google Apps.

This is a fault with your processes as I should not have giving me the option to sign up for Yola mail in the first place.
