Can not create new web page, get blank screen

I just sign in as a new user and try to create my first web page, but I get a blank screen

Hi Carolus,

I'm sorry you're experiencing this as a first-time user and I'm sure we can get your site working. Can you try and login again and see whether it asks you to go through the steps to create your site. If it does not load properly, can you try clicking on the 'Refresh' button in your browser.

Please come back to us if you're unable to create your site.

Hello Marije,

I have tried again but I get a HTTP 500 error and a lot of text on the screen, it is not html it looks like it.
Here is some of the text::

Can you tell me if you are accessing your account by logging in to www.synthasite.com directly, or if you are accessing it via a bookmark?

That error usually occurs when you are not logged in and using a bookmark to access your account.

If this is not the case in your situation, please let me know.

I log in from this URL: http://www.synthasite.com/login#.
The last time I did not get the error.
Being logged in, I still can not create the new site, still get a blanc screen with at the top some circle and the text : "creating new site..." but nothing apprears even after long time waiting. I can also see that the loading is finished. I use FireFox 3.xxx as browser.

We are also having similar problems.
Cannot edit and save page.
Sometimes even cannot view the username/password space.
Please see if you can help us.

Hi cfr - I'm sorry it's not working for you. Can you try to edit your site on another browser or computer. You can also clear your browser's cache. If possible, check your browser's security settings to make sure they're not too high.

Using your name I was able to find a Yola account with a website named "Tamborine Mountain Historical Society". Is this your account?

I have checked the "Add new page" functionality in your Yola Sitebuilder, and it all worked fine for me. I was also able to add a Text Widget and save (I have removed these tests).

Can you please clear your cache and cookies, use a different brwoser, or try on a different computer to see if you encounter the same issues there? Please let us know how that goes.
