Can not publish to domain purchased outside of yola.

When you "test setup" it says, is pointed correctly but there is not a confirm, next step, or ok button to push. It's a dead end.

ok, well... that was weird, I had to hit the tab twice to get to the ok button, but it was NOT visible.

When I finally published my site, I hit the INVISIBLE button. Maybe Yola should check into this.

Hi Donald,

Would you mind posting the URL so that we can take a look at the settings?

Please note: Make sure you have 2 A records set up. If you would like your domain to work correctly with the "www" prefix you need to make sure that your DNS settings are configured correctly to support the "www" prefix. For this you need to set up two A-records:

* Some domain registrars require one A Record with the hostname "@" and one with the hostname "www".
* Other domain registrars allow you to create one hostname called "domain.com" and another "www" (replace "domain" with your own address).
* Both should point to our IP address: 208.75.208.172.

For more information on pointing your domain to Yola, click on this link: http://www.yola.com/customer-support/....

what's the url got to do with yola's sitebuilder. I told you ... yola indicated it WAS pointing correctly, but the button to publish was not there, that has NOTHING to do with how A records are set up. Plus I have 12 sites published to the web, I think my A records will be set up correct by now. But yea, it's not the A record or my domain, it's Yola. Try unpublishing one of your sites using a domain from another registrar (if you have one) and then publish it, see if you have the same problem.

Thanks Donald - I'm sorry about the miscommunication. This is something we're aware of at the moment.
