Hi all
Can some one please check if my page has been deleted from the server
I have deleted the page and all links with www.wirral-fisheries.com/barnacre-wir... from my site but I have been told it is still on your server.
It`s just the "barnacre-wirral" page I require removing
Many thanks
Steve

Hello Steve3333

Since deleting your page, have you clicked on "Update my site"? If not, please do this as this will make the changes you have made in your site builder live on your published site.

Hello Steve333

I took the liberty of going into your site builder and updating the site once again to see if this makes any difference. I am now not able to see your page any more on the internet. If you are still seeing it, please try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser and try accessing it once again.

I think what may have happened is that you were just clicking on "Save" and not the yellow button that says "Update my Site".

As I said this has been going on for a few weeks and since then I have added many items and a number of pages and the site and it has updated OK
If you do a Google search for www.wirral-fisheries.com you still get the entry then no page found but also no home page
Many thanks
Steve

It will go away after awhile on Google search.....You may also see it show up in your Google Webmaster account if you have one as not found.

Hello Steve

John is correct. The next time that Google crawls your site, it will update the information and the page should no longer show up. I would also encourage you to take a look at the keywords you're using on your homepage. I believe you're using more like a description when they should be 3 or 4 words separated by a comma. Here's a really great tutorial on how to set up your keywords:

To add keywords to your pages:

1. Click on the "Properties" sidebar in Yola.
2. Type in your keywords in the specially designated field (the third box from the top).
3. Keywords should be in lower case, separated by commas, with a space after each comma.
