Hi, Kinseydallas and Safi,

Can you please let us know what browser and version you are using and what type of content are you loading? Is this in the Sitebuilder or on your published sites? We did have a bit of downtime earlier. Can you both please try clearing your browser's cache and see if that helps? Please let us know how this goes.

Can you explain what content you are trying to load when you see the error message? Have you tried using a different browser? We are not able to replicate the problem you have and need more information so we can assist you further.

I am on the following page
http://my.yola.com/sites/
and it will not show my webpages, it states
"Could not load content. try again"
The "try again" is a link and when clicked it goes to the following page
http://my.yola.com/sites/#try-again

This has been ongoing for about a week, so I am not able to make changes to any of my yola sites as they would normally load in the window where the original link is.

I reported this problem via the yola support request and received the following instructions from Mariana.

1. Try clearing your cache, here is a link with information on how to do this: Clear Your Browser's Cache.

2. Make sure you are using an updated version of your browser.

3. Try using a different browser such as Firefox or Chrome. We would suggest using the Firefox browser as this browser seems to work best in the Yola environment. It is a free download if you would like to give it a try: Download Firefox. Please note that although we find Firefox to work the best, we can support you if you are using another browser as well.

4. Please check to see that you have the latest version of Flash installed, for more information please click here: Version Test for Adobe Flash Player.

as stated in my post here and in my response to her, I have performed all of her suggestions with no change in the status of the issue.
I am currently awaiting her response, and will be sure to post here with any additional information.

Update:
I have downloaded the following browsers;
Google Crome
Internet exploerer

and find the same result in both browsers when accessing my yola account.
so the problem exists while running the most recent versions of Firefox, Google Crome, Internet Explorer, as well as having caches cleared and with the most recent version of Flash player.

We understood this issue to be resolved but our engineers have now alerted us that there are some ongoing issues, specifically related to a lag in the Sitebuilder and publishing. They are hard at work on this and we will update you here when we know more. Apologies for the frustration and inconvenience.

Great news! Our engineers are reporting success on this issue and you should all be able to access your accounts and publish your websites without any further problems. Please let us know if you have any further issues as we believe they would be unrelated to this incident and we will need to investigate your specific case further. Be sure to include your website URL or email support@yola.com with your account details.

Thanks for sharing your URLs. I checked all four sites and they are all loading fine for me. Could you clear your cache and try again? If it is still a problem, please visit this website: http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/. Paste in the URLs of each of your sites and check the results and let us know what you find.

I will specify once more the issue is not with the above domains.
I can get to my websites fine by typing in their domains in my web browser.
the problem is when I go to http://my.yola.com/sites/
I can not make changes to my sites as the location where they would normally be listed on the webpage http://my.yola.com/sites/ with a option to make changes to them shows an error instead.

Also if you read above I have stated that I have already cleared my cache.
the problem is not with my system.
I have attempted to access the YOLA page which normally allows me to make changes to my yola websites however it will not give me the option to make changes to my yola websites.
I have the most recent versions of Firefox, google chrome, and IE explorer.
I have the most recent version of Flash player.
I have cleared my cache multiple times.
the issue remains that when I lgo to the http://www.yola.com/ site and select Login from the upper right, and input my login data, the page that I am then directed to ( http://my.yola.com/sites/ )
States that it is attempting to load my sites "loading sites",
http://img814.imageshack.us/img814/57...
and then states, "Could not load content, Try again"
http://img37.imageshack.us/img37/5402...
try again being a link that leads to
http://my.yola.com/sites/#try-again

Hi Hexedemon

Thank you for the update and the screen shots which were really helpful.  We have tested all your sites in the Sitebuilder on our side, and it is loading with no problems or errors.

Is it possible that you have Antivirus or spyware software loaded on your computer that could be preventing your sites from loading?  If so, please disable the software and see if that helps.

Are you behind a firewall or on a network that could be causing the problem?  If this is the case, then speak to the systems administrator about enabling access to Yola.

Please let us know if you are still unable to access your Sitebuilder and we will try to assist.

Thank you
Nazlie
