Hello BritSAL,

I'm sorry but this cannot be done. However, as possible workaround, you could add an RSS feed widget on your site that pulls in your blog posts. Would this possible work for you? Please see this tutorial for more information: Adding an RSS feed.

I added the RSS feed Sanja, right hand side of my blog page, but it just says " subscribe to blog" and doesnt bring up my old posts?

Sally,

That's the first step.

*Configure it to the RSS feed from your "old" blog and it will populate the new spot on your site. It will only pull over about 5 to 10 articles though not your complete Blog history.

* The feed address is your blog feedburner feed.

Ahh this is no good for me sadly. I have almost 3 years worth of blog, including the birth of my Grandaughter, so needed the whole thing. :-(

That's really difficult and disappointing isn't it Sally?

I think your blog requirements are becoming more and more sophisticated and to be sure of these and future developments I really think that you should consider a dedicated blog platform and either direct to it or bring it into your site in an iframe. It is a big task I know but it will probably become more so as you want more and more classic blogging facilities in the future.

To copy your blog postings from Yola to something like Wordpress is tedious as you would have to do it by cutting and pasting but I think you could manually alter the dates back to the original post dates so it would fit your needs on that count. You could certainly release pre-formed posts on a schedule though.

Is there still no way to transfer a complete blog from one of my sites to another?
