Can Yola re-enable an expired website?

One of my websites expired and was removed from the web, and the domain name was up for sale. I repurchased the domain name (and extended it for a few years) just a few days later and added it to my Yola account. Is there any way Yola can re-enable the website so it appears as it was before it was removed?

Hello Sue,

It should be, as your site files are never deleted by Yola, only you do that.

You would still have your Yola account and unless it wasn't paid up would still be able to manage your domain and site. If your hosting is currently a free subscription then you will need to pay for a subscription in order to be able to publish to your domain.

Is your domain purchased through Yola or through another registrar? There are a number of possibilities here.
