Donald the easiest way for you to go out and learn how to do something like that and many other cool things is to fully utilize your resources. While the forums are a great way to learn if you cannot find the answers yourself the questions you ask are easily found online with Google.

I wonder if you can first search for the answers before asking here. You are a more than qualified and knowledgeable site builder.

I can probably speak for the majority of users out there and say that we all have spent a great deal of time reading through hundreds or thousands of pages of Google search results to find the answers to the questions we have had...

Find one yet Buddy?

If your Google search was not fruitful you can use this code...

<A HREF="http://www.somedomain.com/&quot; TITLE="mouse over text here">Click here</A>

What I was trying to show you is that Google should be our resource before asking here. There is not much that you will not find there... ;)

A excellent source of coding is at http://www.dynamicdrive.com I found this on the forum here by reading different posts.

This code was in one of Ed's post as an answer. <!--<a style="color:#000000;" href="http://www.whereever.com" target="_blank">somewhere</a> -->was looking and did a search here.

Found a code for "your last visit was on" from some where on this post.

Several codes I have found here THANK YOU all for answering and being.

Some times just reading or doing a search at the forum here you can find your answers.

Donald with a due respect some of your post do sound like a one side conversation.

@Ed

I have tried to use google several times and the results were most of the time wasted.I have found more GREAT information here at the forum than any place else just by researching here. Now google does help some time with wonderful results. But very few. Of course that could be the way I search on google.
You provide many wonderful post and answers and I Thank You for being here, and all the others that help.

My biggest problem is understanding what I've read. I can point and click, build and repair. This I believe is where google and I don't mix well. Google get complicated for me and the answer here have that human element of caring and sharing. They are easier for myself to understand.

Mama said "the only stupid question is the one not asked". To bad she didn't push research.

Hey Papa... Google searches are a treasure map with the chest containing the answers sometimes buried deep... Each hole that I dug to find the answers made me that much more knowledgeable and thus I shared mostly all here for all to share in easy step by step tutorials and answers.

In the search the answers can be a challenge but to those that are able it will be rewarding to scour through countless pages of at times meaningless text. To those that that have a difficult time following I can see it a struggle but still worth the attempt. It all is a learning experience. ;)

Laughingly, when I am searching for something that I need and that I have forgot I often come across my posts here in the forums which refreshes my memory. LOL I learn from my self... LOL

The trick here is to use as many search words or phrases to get you closer to your treasure chest. In time it will be found...

What I was trying to show by my post above was that the answers can be found if looked for and then to offer the answer in the end. Google is a wonderful resource and should be used in addition to this forum. I often make long and tiring searches as do the wonderful Reps, Champs and helpful users like yourself and others to find answers to questions asked here. I gain insight that I did not have before the search so I am thankful for the chance to better myself but to help also means to teach how to help another and not to simply offer the answers. Sad but true... What is life if everything is simply given and there is no challenge in the journey?

I like you post and do agree just look at thing a little different. Like your treasure map and chest thing. Some people gain knowledge because they have a backhoe and others a spoon. I'm closer to the spoon end. Gotta work with what we have. I don't look for the chest, just a coin or two. It will fill my chest in time.

yea, I know how to google search quite well, it's just time consuming because I could be reading irrelevant topics to find my answer. I just figured this to be more convenient and I tend to get BETTER answers on this forum than on google. Plus if I have additional questions, I have live people to answer them... whereas with most websites, you're lucky to be able to email any questions, even luckier to get any answers, and rarely will get a good answer.

The reason I like this forum is because I can post a question and go do what I am working on then come back for an answer... with google searching, I have to actively be searching for my answer - and I'm trying to avoid the extra waste of time. I have AN EXTREMELY LOT on my plate right now. Each of my pages are very extensive and uses multiple outside resources. I'm lucky to be able to get 6 articles added each day (that's not a lot) - just trying to save some time so that I can do more. The faster I get big, the faster I can start obtaining traffic and hopefully earn some kind of revenue. I just had someone look at my site the other day and loved the idea so much that he bought me a dot com and then certified it through godaddy.com and wants me to keep him updated! But yea, if I think I can find an answer in a hurry on google, I'll try to google search it first. I do appreciate though all the help I've gotten from you guys, specifically most employees, Ed, Nick, Littleus, Papa has helped me a lot, and others!
