Cancel my subscription Please!

My site had been off for a while now.  Why I dont know!! You've been taking money out of my account every month for this.  You took your money for this month the 17th of July now Im asking publicly cancel my subscription please.  http://www.hohsafeways.com/

Hello Kuscka,

I'm very sorry that your site has been offline for quite some time. I would be upset too if my site was not up when it was supposed to be. I did some investigating and there is a couple of things going on.

First of all, you have last published your site 118 days ago. During that time, your Yola Silver subscription expired and you downgraded to Yola Bronze. You needed to republish your site. However, since your site is using a premium style, it is not possible to republish your site as premium styles are only available on Yola Silver and Yola Gold hosting subscriptions.

If you wish to try and get your site back and up running, I suggest either switching your site to one of the Recommended styles or one of the Free styles. Then, you need to republish your site and your site should be accessible again.

If you still wish to cancel your subscription, we will honor this request.

Thank you for you reply and show me it my fault that my site is off.  Now, the site doesn't allow me to go freestyle. Kindly cancel my subscription and delete the site , as the site will not allow me to delete it. It says I cant because I have subscriptions active. 

See this as an authorization to you to delete for me and please see to the cancellation of the subscription going off my account as well. Many thanks

Hi Kuscka,

As per your request, your Yola Bronze hosting subscription has been cancelled.

For security reasons, we require the account owner to delete their account. Now that your Yola Bronze hosting subscription has been cancelled, you should not have any further troubles with closing your account.

Please let me know if you are still struggling with this.

I emailed Yola almost 24 hours ago and asked to cancel my Yola subscription and I have not even received a confirmation email to say you got my email. Why does it take so long to get a simple response from Yola. It should be my right to cancel my subscription whenever I choose. I do not want Yola to take any more money from my bank account but I fear they will if I do not get confirmation of subscription cancellation. There should be a cancellation button or link on the website. It is unacceptable that in 2016 I cannot automatically cancel my subscription. I am now so disappointed with the terrible Yola service that I now want to comletely close my account and have nothing more to do with Yola. I don't even care if I lose my Domains. Please can you let me know how to close my Yola account completely as there seems to be no 'Delete' account button either.

Our apologies if you feel that we haven't actioned this quick enough. I've had a look and can confirm that your account has already been cancelled. We've responded to two of your cancellation emails, both dated 16 February 2016. Please check your inbox or spam folders for those emails.

Thank you francois for your prompt response. You are right, Yola had responded to my first email in a timely fashion but unfortunately your email was in my spam folder which was unexpected as Yola is one of my safe addresses and therefore all emails from you should have arrived in my inbox. My apologies for assuming Yola had not responded to my email. Thank you for cancelling my subscription. I will continue my account for now and may resume my yola subscription in the near future :)
