Cancel my Bronze Upgrade!

On October 19,2012, I opted to upgrade to Bronze and I haven't been able to get my domain changed after several attempts and contacts through your online support. Please cancel this upgrade as I am not satisfied with this and will remain with my free basic account. Feel free to contact me in regards to this matter but cancel this as I have not been able to use it since day one. Thank you for your time and assistance with this matter. Sincerely, Mitzi Heflin
