Cancellation of account

I want to cancel my account but it says I can't as I have subscriptions. How do I get rid of these to cancel my account?

We hope you decide to continue using our service, but should you still wish to cancel, here's how to do it:

1. Log in to My Yola.
2. Click on "Domains" in the left-hand menu.
3. Click on "Cancel" next to the domain the auto-renewal is in effect for.
4. Confirm that you wish to cancel.
5. Auto-renewal for your domain will be removed

I cannot find the cancel button...... still will not allow me to cancel and has taken money out of my bank account for another 2 years

If you'd like to cancel your Yola subscriptions, you will need to send us your request via e-mail, using our Contact Support Form. We'd like to make sure that we have answered all your questions and solved possible problems, and we'll need to verify your account ownership to proceed.
