I have a site which I administer for a customer - it is on a Yola Silver account. However I want to cancel Yola Silver, renew the domain and move the whole site across to MY Yola Silver account, how do I do that?
If you want to close the existing account, then please follow the steps in this tutorial: Delete your account. As we do not yet have a feature that allows you to move websites between accounts yourself, we are able to do this for you manually.
Before you delete the account, please email your request to move the site to email@example.com and provide us with the following details:
The email login to transfer the website FROM.
The email login to transfer the website TO.
The name of the website to be transferred.
Also, please let us know in the email that you would like to move the domain across the other account as well. Our engineers will then do this manually. Please note that the transfer process can take a few days as it requires assistance from our engineering team.
