Thanks for your reports. Our engineers were doing a release we didn't expect to affect our members but clearly we miscalculated. They are working on the problem now and we'll update you here when we know more.

Thanks again Panagiotis Kokkaris.

It's looking clear on this end but we are still monitoring for problems. If everyone could please try logging out and back in and resuming site building activities and let us know if you see any further issues we'd appreciate it.

Hello Panagiotis,

I am sorry to hear that there are still issues. Can you please try clearing the cache in your browser and see if the problem persists? If so, please let us know your URL so that we can investigate this further.

While we're on the subject, I did have problems logging in yesterday but that was resolved, however, I have noticed today that whilst in Site Builder I can update everything to the web except when I change a Banner on a page it will show in preview but won't update to the web and then reverts back to the original Banner that I had put there in the first place.Weird!...

Hello Keith,

Are you by chance a Silver user? If so, I believe I know why you are not able to apply your custom banner to your site. It may be that that you are using the Site CSS to tweak your site and have added the code for your banner into the Site CSS dialog box. Since the Site CSS is applied at site level, this will over-ride any changes made in the Sitebuilder.

If you plan to have custom banners added to your pages, you need to remove the code in the Site CSS. Then, you can add your custom banner as per the usual way.

Please let me know if this does not resolve the issue.

Hi Sanja, thanks for the swift reply. Yes indeed I am a Silver User and did use the Site CSS to alter the Banner size from the standard as it was too deep but didn't actually enter any code...
Thanks for the reason and the answer...It's no big problem but I just HAVE to Tweak the site... lol...Will give it a go...

Best wishes, Keith

OK Sana, for the benefit of others. This is the bit that I deleted and works properly now and allows me to add different Banners to each page. So Success! Thank you..

url(resources/banner%20new%20ykk.png.cropped842x102o0%2C0s842x102.png);

Near the top of the page.....

Hello Keith,

The piece of code you should remove is this:

#sys_banner {
background-image: url(resources/banner%20new%20ykk.png);

Furthermore, you should only be adding the codes needed to tweak your site. It is not necessary to add all the CSS codes to your dialog box - only the relevant bits that are needed.
