I cannot get to my website: www.thorntontennis.org
The message: "This website is not available" is displayed
What is going on? I need this resolved ASAP!

I don't think so considering I could get to it a few days ago and now I can't without any changes.

I have not heard back from Yola Support as to why my website was taken off line. Is someone going to get back to me? It has been down all day and people need access to it!

Your website should now be up and running again!

The reason why it was unavailable is that your Yola Silver package expired and your account was downgraded to Yola Free. But as you bought your domain long ago when we didn't have the new hosting packages yet, you are entitled to run your domain without buying a hosting package until it expires in August next year. This is why I gave you one year Yola Bronze for free. You will need to purchase a hosting package from when your domain expires in order to keep your website published to your custom domain.

Is there a reason why you didn't renew Yola Silver? Have you got any questions or problems that we could assist you with?

If you want, you can still renew Yola Silver to benefit again from all its great features if you go to the Account tab in your My Yola and click on Upgrade to Silver now at the bottom of the page.

The domain that has the silver package is being transferred to another account. I am no longer the webmaster for that site and I need it removed from my account. I was working with someone names Sanja to move the domain over to another yola account that purchased the Yola Silver package last week. I asked for an update and still haven't received a message.

Indeed they did reply with the simple message that my website was live over a day after I reported my site down. That didn't tell me that they had fixed the problem. You mentioned you fixed the problem so my issue was resolved via the form rather than via Yola Support. I am highly annoyed by the support I have gotten from Yola. Once my domain is up for renewal, I can tell you I will be switching to another hosting site. Period. Yola support gives no support at all. I will be saying good riddance to Yola.

I'm sorry to hear you feel that way. We take pride in our support and would like to do everything in our power to change your mind. That said, transferring websites between accounts is not a feature we currently provide. We do our best to accomodate special requests to do this but as you were advised via email, it requires engineering assistance and as such, requires patience while we assist you.
