Cannot access "My Yola."

by chance is there a system update being done on Yola? for whatever reason, and i have tried the obvious fixes, i cannot access "My Yola" to update my website. all i am getting is "trying to log you in" on Yola's homepage. it's been like this for a while now. :/

I am sorry to hear that you're having trouble getting into your "MY Yola" page. We are not doing any kind of maintenance work or experiencing any technical issues at this time.

Can you please try clearing the cache in your browser to see if this helps?

Please let me know how this goes.

thanks for the quick response! i am not too sure what the deal was; i had already cleared the cache. regardless, everything seems to be back up and running.

Hello! I have had this before too! Does it say "Log out" at the top and then it says "Trying to log you in" where the "Get Started" button should be? If so, just click the Logout link at the top where the Log in link usually would be and the login box will pop up and then login again. This happens sometimes when the cookies get messed up. If this ever happens again, just follow the steps above.
