Cannot access my yola mail all week!!!!!

My yola mail is down for a week!!! What is going on? I'm losing business and am in the process of moving to Oz and have no idea re any job updates!! I have caled the helpline all week and left messages and nobody has returned to me! I need this sorted asap. My number is 00353 879202428 and alternative email is loconway@tcd.ie

I need this sorted right NOW!!

i'm having the same prob and I won't wait a whole week I will be moving somewhere else before ... I'm losing traffic and works ... can't do without it!!!

Thanks. Someone else helped me .. it has something to see with simply cleaning the browser, I do this carefully but .. not sure why, it was necessary again, and my website was online again for me right after cleaning!

But I do have other problems from time to time, like it happens that I can't add items in my shop, it's saying it's not my fault blabla .. but it lasts a whole day!! or I visit my yola and I see HUGE photos instead of the normal size they have in a shop window ...
If these problems are current, could you tell me what to do when it happens please. Thanks.

Glad your mail is back up.

If you see a notice saying there's a problem and it's not your fault. This is a recognition that there is some system issue and it is being worked on or has been logged for looking at. It's not a common occurrence but a surprising notice none the less. My strategy is to try again and then if it persists come back periodically until it's back on deck.

I find that the first line of resolution in such situations is to clear the cache followed by a change in browser. This tends to clear some issues but have no personal record of the rate.

If shop images in the Online Store are larger than expected then I check the image size settings in the shop settings. Irrespective of submitted image size the system adjusts them to the preset size maintaining perspective so it's possible that images can be smaller in one dimension. I daresay that things do go wrong from time to time and then I just wait and try again. If it persists and there has been no notices here on the forum I either post a question or send a message to CS. Things tend to get done quickly on such issues.

Hoping this gives you some reassurance. Your site is fantastic btw.
