When I check your Yola account, I can see that you have multiple websites. Do you mean your site shellshealthandbeauty.com? I can confirm that this site is offline for me, too. The domain, however, is not hosted by us, do you have it with another registrar? If so, please contact your registrar to find out what happened. It's possible that the domain expired because it wasn't renewed, which is why your website is now offline.
