Cannot configure yola mail after purchasing

Hello, I just bought an e-mail account for my site and have no "Configure Yola Mail" option as suggested by the directions.

Hello, a Yola Mail option is ther now and was able to set up an e-mail account.

Can you please let us know the url of your site? Unfortunately, Yola Mail is not available to GBBO users and the fact that you were able to purchase it was an error on our part. Going forward we will be offering an exciting Google Apps based custom mail solution, however until this time you can take advantage of the free Google Apps service.

If you could provide us with the steps that you took to purchase Yola Mail it would be greatly appreciated. This will help us to implement a fix for future customers.
