Cannot Delete Account

I don't have an active subscription and yet I am still unable to delete my account? I do not want to be charged an extra month for no reason! This should be simpler.

Hello Natalie

We have turned off auto-renewal of your Yola Silver subscription and removed your payment method from your Yola account.

Please let us know if the system should still bill you, and we'll investigate further. You won't need to delete your Yola account to cancel your subscriptions and stop billing. You can leave it as a Free account, and come back to us any time. If you still want to delete it, you should be able to now.

We're always trying to improve our service. Would you mind sharing with us why you don't want to use Yola any more? Have you got any questions or problems that we could assist you with?
