We have turned off auto-renewal of your Yola Silver subscription and removed your payment method from your Yola account.
Please let us know if the system should still bill you, and we'll investigate further. You won't need to delete your Yola account to cancel your subscriptions and stop billing. You can leave it as a Free account, and come back to us any time. If you still want to delete it, you should be able to now.
