Could you let us know what your URL is? Could you also confirm whether you are seeing this message in the site builder or on your published site?

Hi Daryl,

I am able to access your site on the above link, can I ask that you try clicking on Refresh in your browser and let me know if that works?

Could you also let us know whether you saw the 'cannot display website' message on both yola.com and your site? Was there any other information given?

Thank you for your assistance, this is something that we would like to get to the bottom of as soon as possible.

only yola and my site is giving trouble, i have also tried on another computer with same results..refreshing page over and over works, but this is after many tries...Daryl

I'm sorry that you're experiencing these problems.

I would ask that you clear your cache in your browser, then try re-logging back in. If this does not work, I would suggest that you try logging in with a different browser. Yola works best with Firefox. You can download it for free here: http://en-us.www.mozilla.com/en-US/fi...

Hi Daryl,

Thank you for working with us on this one (thanks too to Littleus :)

The error that you're receiving is similar to one that you would receive when you have connectivity problems with your internet connection - would you mind checking whether you are experiencing problems in that area? I know that you say no other sites are doing the same for you (only Yola) but it would be great if we could eliminate that possibility.

it seems to be working better today, ive done all that cache cleaning but it had no effect+all the other websites worked fine...Most computers use Windows and its a worry if most people may experience problems accessing my site..Daryl
