cannot edit website as it will not load

I have three sites and am on bronze account but cannot only open one to edit, when I click on names of other two nothing happens..... I have been asking for help for this for months now but no one ever bothers to answer. I even renewed in hope you might bother with me, but obviously I am a nobody, you just want my money for asking once more as I want to edit the sites as due to problem I lost all the info on these sites and cannot replace some as its password protected and forgotten the password.. so unless I can get it into edit can never retrieve my work.

I am not a happy customer.

You even have removed the domain name link to the one site I can answer and I cannot put it back, and now you are asking me to renew the domain(due in May) what is the point why should I pay you for a domain name that only leads to your site not mine so I am paying to give you free advertising.........

You can see in the screenshot in the box beside the words select site I have selected the site I have called words but it will not open, nothing happens the page doesn't even refresh. I have tried this on 5 different browsers and machines using xp, 7 and 8 plus android device and blackberry but all the same on every one, so problem is not at my end, there is just no link on the words in select site box.

I am constantly ill and in bed that is why I am not asking you to sort this on a daily basis and why I am being ignored.

For the last time any chance me accessing these sites or do I go elsewhere and cut my losses with you

Hi Debbie,

I'm sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your Sitebuilder. I know I personally replied to you twice earlier on Facebook, one of our support representatives replied to you via email today and our call center manager called you as well. Prior to your messages today which were all received and responded to promptly, we did not locate any previous attempts to contact us, so if we somehow missed your messages we are very sorry.

We were unable to replicate the problem you described in your account, so we would like you to try some of the tips in this tutorial to see if it helps. Also our call center manager will try to contact you again tomorrow to see if he can assist you further.
