Hi David,

Are you referring to this site: http://www.thechurchofchristinthebibl...

If so, we were able to access it in the Sitebuilder. Can you tell us more about what you see? Is there an error message? What browser are you using?

We also offer some basic troubleshooting tips here.

Keep us posted, we want to ensure you can access your website!

Hi Laura,
I looked at the trouble shooting and I did paste articles from my office microsoft program to the article section. Hi David,

You can clear out the formatting once you regain access by following the steps in the tutorial linked above. Have you tried an alternate browser in order to get your Sitebuilder loaded in order to begin stripping the MS Word code?

Hi Moneytolk,

What you describe sounds different from the issue David was experiencing, though I understand it is equally as frustrating. I'm happy to take a look at it for you if you kindly reply with your website address.

lol web address? Yola allows us to have several websites so which one of the 25 websites do you want the address to? On a more serious note its not one particular address thats giving me the problem, i mean i can see all of my sites listed then when i click on any one of them it doesn't matter which one and when i click edit it just doesn't redirect me to the edit page it just cycles me to a login page even though im logged in and repeats the process over and over and over and over and over and over and so on and so on. Trust me ive had a yola account for a while and i know how to use the site but it just isn't working and hasn't worked for at least a month now and i cant get anyone to give me a simple answer. Now can i have a simple answer to this problem? Im sure im not the only one because ive googled the problem and seen many others with the same problem but i guess they just gave up and went with another host. This is something the web developers need to look at, help!

Hi moneytolk,

If i's multiple sites then giving your login-ID allows the CS to look at your issue.

Just to clarify, any of the website addresses associated with your account would allow us to investigate further. We are not indicating that you do not know how to use your account, but if you are serious about us helping you, I'm unsure why you seem unwilling to work with us. It's possible your situation will require an engineer but until we can reproduce the problem we will continue to offer troubleshooting advice that often resolves most Sitebuilder access issues. For example, are you running any anti-virus software? Have you tried disabling that to see if it allows you to change the site you are editing?
