Cannot Log into account at all! Help! :-(

Help! I can't seem to log into my account!
For two weeks now I have been unable to log into my account and I don't understand why. I contacted the help desk a week ago but still haven't heard anything...
I cannot gain access to my account at all! When I click 'forgot password' it also doesn't even recognise my email address but this is the email address I've been using for over 2 years to log into my account with Yola! The direct debit payments for my membership are still being taken too so I really am confused and desperate to gain access to my site. I did recently deactivate my Facebook account linked to the the same login email that I use for Yola, this isn't linked is it? Please help! All advice appreciated :-)

Hi Emma,

I can see that you have been in touch with my colleague Adrian by email, and he has resolved your account access issue.

If you would like to update the email address registered to your account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to My Yola.
2. Hover your cursor over your email address (located at the top of the page).
3. Click "Profile" on the drop-down menu.
4. Delete the old email address and type in the new one next to "Email".
5. Click on the "Change details" button to update your information.
