Cannot use ecommerce package

I purchased the ecommerce package and it charged my card 2 times and I still cant use it

Hello Wade,

I'm sure that Yola will arrange the refund of any extra payments. Probably best to send an email to as this will allow you privacy with CC details etc.

The e-com package shouldn't be a problem but I'm not sure if the duplicate subscription is causing an issue.

basically you drag the online store widget onto your page and then follow instructions. If this is unclear at that point happy to work with you through this.
