cant accept paypal silver membership! also tracking doesnt wotk

everytime it asks me to put in my email to activate paypal it doesnt load. it does not allow me to accept paypal at all, this is very frustrating, losing money everyday, i can only use stripe which isnot acceptable. on another note the tracking in the website doesnt work get multiple emails about tracking not working! why is this happening anyone have any solutions, trying to run a business here would appreciate the help.

Good day,

Thanks for your message.  Could you please try the following and let us know if you see any error messages?

Adding a payment gateway:

1. Go to System Settings > Payments.

2. In the Payment Processor column for PayPal, click Account Details.

3. Enter your PayPal email address.

4. Click Save.

That's the obvious way, it doesn't work, everytime I put my email in and click on save email it doesn't load or anything. No movement like the link isn't even there.

Thanks for your reply.  I tested the store and the System Settings > Payments method is working for me.  Would you like to send us your PayPal email address to support@yola.com and we can try adding it for you?

When you e-mail us, please also provide us with more details about the tracking which you say isn't working. If you could outline what kind of tracking it is, Google Analytics or something else, and what steps you've taken to add it, that'd be helpful. Thanks.
