Hi Yola team.

I just added a new gaming widget (from a website called Game Treat) to the 80s-computer-games page on my website http://www.simplyeighties.com and it has messed the page up! Unfortunately, I am unable to remove it as the page will not load into the site editor. Please help!

Hi Mark

We can try to fix this for you. I have loaded the page but I see a bunch of gaming widgets. Can you let me know exactly which one you want removed?

Hi Monique,

The widget is in the first big green panel on the page. I embedded it on the right hand side just below the list of game text links (these are listed under "More Eighties Video Games") and above two adsense ads.

Hope that makes sense!

Hi Mark,

We're concerned about removing the wrong widget so I have attached a screenshot of the page. Can you please annotate it indicating the widget you want removed?

Thanks!

Hi Laura, yes it's the big square widget on the right which has a white background and has a carousel of games on it which you can scroll through. The only other widgets on the right are adsense ones so it really wouldn't matter if they were removed.

Hi Mark

Just to let you know we are working on this but having difficulty. The code really seems to have corrupted the page. I am going to keep trying but not sure it will be possible. I will update you if I make any progress.

Thanks Monique,

Thank you for trying. If it's not possible then I can always rebuild the page. As I haven't published the corrupt page, I can copy and paste much of the content from the published page on the web into a new page in the editor. So, don't worry too much if it can't be fixed.

Hi Mark

Here is an update on this, sorry for the delay. I'm afraid to tell you that we were eventually not able to restore the page. The high amount of custom code on your website didn't allow us to load the page safely. I hope you will be fine to rebuild the page as you mentioned above. Thank you for your patience.
