Can't access email. "Authentication failed. Invalid credentials".

I can't access my email.
When I input my details this message shows "Authentication failed. Invalid credentials".

I have not changed my password so what's going on?

This is a business address so I really need to get this sorted as I may be losing custom.

I'm sorry that you experienced this error. I have fixed your Yola Mail for your domain, and it should now be working again. Please clear your cache and cookies, and check if you can log in now. If not, please first try to change your password and then log in.
