Can't access mailbox

I have created a new mailbox for my site using Yola mail.

It shows in "My Yola" that the mailbox has been configured. Technically I should be able to log in to my mailbox at the following URL -

However, when I go to that URL I get a message in my browser saying that the link does not exist.

What is going wrong?

Hi Anton,

I am able to access your mail login page at I have attached a screenshot for your reference. Are you having this issue with your other Yola Mail accounts? Have you tried clearing your cache or accessing it from an alternate browser?
