Cant access website

Hi there, I can not (or anyone else for that matter) access my website Is there a reason why? only renewed my account not long ago so I know it has not expired.

I can access your website without any problems when I enter your URL into my browser. Did you mean that or are you saying that you cannot access your website in the Sitebuilder of your Yola account?

If you meant the former, please try clearing your cache and cookies to see if that helps. If not, please try to open your website in a different browser or on a different computer. If none of those options solve your problem, please come back to us on this thread. Thanks.
