Can't access Yola mail after purchasing it

Hi - I've just purchased a Yola bronze package and Yola mail as well. My transaction number is 3a2570ed0fe649909cec275d8d908623.

But when I click on Yola mail within My Yola, I keep getting to a page that tries to make me buy it all over again!

Has there been a problem with the transaction?? I've been able to create and publish the associated webpages without a problem!

Hello Diane,

Please send an email to support@yola.com. There is another similar thread on this issue. I hope you can get the Yola Support to fix this ASAP.

I am happy to let you know that our engineers have rectified the problem, and Yola Mail is now accessible on your account. You can go ahead and create a mailbox address.
