Hi All!
I'm having some trouble with the Sitebuilder, it won't let me add a HTML widget. I'm using Firefox 3.6.7 on Vista. I've cleared the cache, stopped all downloads, closed all tabs, refreshed the page, restarted my laptop. But nothing it won't let me add one, it's not crucial but it would be helpful if you could fix it soon please.
Thanks,
Callum Booth

EDIT: It gets stuck on 'Loading Component' and just doesn't do anything

Hi Callum,

Do you have the latest version of Flash installed? I was able to add an HTML widget to your site without an issue so I'm trying to determine why you might be seeing the error.

Nope, nothing
Just one more thing to add: It only happens on the about page, not on any others, if that helps! :S

Hi Callum,

I've had a look at the page and it could be some of the custom code that you've added that is causing the problem. I'm not an expert in this area, so I'm going to ask someone to take a look and come back to you.

If you don't want to wait, what you can do is remove HTML widgets one-by-one and to see whether it solves the problem. Then you'll also know which one is causing the problem.

And again...
I think I may know what's wrong, it works when I drop a HTML widget in some areas on the page, but when I place one under the OS description near the bottom, it hangs. And I can't delete that code either :/

Hello Callum

I have removed the OS description for you. Can you please take a look and see if you are able to now add an HTML Widget?
