Dear Yola,
I asked quiet a while ago why I couldn't change my DNS settings. It hasn't been a problem since now. I would like to have this fixed please, as I would like to be able to add my own entries without coming to the forum. Whenever I add a DNS entry, even if I know it is valid, I am told 'some of the values you entered are invalid'. Please help.

Hello there Bob,

I am sorry you are having this problem.

Would you be able to tell me what DNS entries you are trying to add to your domain?

I am trying to add a CNAME entry to take me from docs.codefreakc.com to google docs, I know my values are corrent as they work on friends websites. Even if i don't do anything, or delete an entry, I am told the same thing

Hey Bob - we should have asked you for your domain name first! Could you post it here so that we can take a look.

Usually the CNAME is setup:
docs under "Name"
ghs.google.com under "Value"

If that's what you're doing and it's not working, it could be a bug on our part. But I would need to take a look at your settings first.

Hi Bob - I've added it for you and it may take a few hours to take effect. To test, go to docs.codefreakc.com

Please post back here if it doesn't work at all.
