Can't create a site?

I created a new account a few days ago and can't seem to create a new site. Also, all my other accounts are suffering from the same problem, the sitebuilder won't work. I can't create or edit my websites... I've tried clearing the cache, used 5 different browsers, enabled and disabled Java a few times and nothing seems to sort it?

r u getting the loading bit in the top right hand corner and it is getting stuck??

yes, its actually happened before and went away but i haven't been able to get on for days now...

It seems like a systematic problem if you can't create a new site or get into your existing sites. I think your best help would be to send an email to yola support.

Well thats the point - I literally cannot even make a website as it dosn't get past the loading stage. I mean www.trialthat.yolasite.com is an old website of mine which I only made the homepage for if that helps...

Are you able to create a new site from scratch? I don't mean opening an existing one?

If you can create a new site it suggests that something is happening with your trialthat.yolasite.com. I can see a number of DNS errors on your home page which has nothing to do directly with your layout. It may be that the authority to invoke those pages is a problem or the pages referred to are not online at this time and the builder just can't get past them.(Guessing there).

If you can't open your site but can create a new site then other than Yola having a go at fixing the issue, your only option may be to rebuild your site using a new subdomain or deleting the current then using the same sub domain name.

I see that we tested and created a site called Newsite in your account. Can you log in and let us know if it is showing up for you? If not, please post a screen shot of what comes up in your account.

Nope. I click to enter the site and it just says Loading Website: Newsite no matter how long you wait :S
Any other ideas?
