Hi Yola team! Is there a problem with Yola at the moment? I have just logged into the editor to edit my website http://www.simplyeighties.com and I cannot edit it as the text seems to have disappeared!

Sorry to waste your time. I've just cleared my cache and everything's okay again. Should've thought of that old trick before!

I have the same problem; clearing the cache doesn't work. Happens on Chrome and Firefox.

Hi all

It's not you, it's us! We are working on a release that had an unexpected glitch. However, all is well now and you can edit your sites again. We apologize for the unexpected shock of not seeing your text and are pleased to report that everything is back to normal.

Hello,
I have the same problem and cannot edit the page because of an unresponsive script message that appears. The text originally disappeared from the page I wanted to work on and when it came back I get a message that says "Unresponsive Script" - A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete." http://s3.yolacdn.net/vooo232/ide/pag...

I updated my Java thinking that was the problem but I still get that message and cannot edit the page. Please advise what I can do to correct this problem as soon as possible.

Clearing my cache hasn't worked today and now I'm getting the same script message as Al and I cannot save any work.

Hello Mark

Are you still having this problem? If so, please provide me with more details, what browser, which version and which operating system you're using (I think you have done this before, but I'd like to make sure to have your updated information). We'll then look into this more deeply.

Hi Stefan,

Many thanks for responding. Thankfully, everything went back to normal yesterday evening and has been fine ever since. Thanks anyway.

I am experiencing the same problem. Log-in is OK, and I'm able to work on my dashboard. I am able to see site traffic, etc. If I click "Edit Website," I am directed to the next page, which says, "Loading Site." There is a rotating circle, and a quick flash at the bottom of the page, but my website never opens for editing. If I hit my back button, a departing pop-up message appears, which says, "Goodbye" or "Take Care" or "farewell" in another language.

I have cleared caches, enabled cookies, placed my entire securitiy system on "pause," and did everything requested in the Yola Help section. Still cannot open my site for editing.

This is the odd thing - It's been 6 days since I've been able to access my website to edit. However, during this time, I WAS able to open the site on two occasions and was able to successfully edit the site. For this reason, I believe this problem may be through the Yola system.

Hello ////,

Can you please share your website address with us so we can look at your account? Also, I'm a bit confused as you say that you weren't able to edit your site and that you were. Can you please confirm exactly what you are struggling with? Is your website loading in the Sitebuilder? Are you making changes but then unable to save or publish them? Do you see an error message of any sort?
