CANT EDIT TEXT-no verification of email....

I cant edit my text- my site has not be verified I have,nt received a verification email...I have re-sent but still not received- could this be the reason by I can,t edit by website....

Hi Anne,

I am sorry you are experiencing these issues. If your account is not verified you will still be able to create and edit your site in the sitebuilder. This will not affect the sitebuilder or your site building experience.

For your text issue - can you post your site's URL here for us to take a look.
Also, did you copy and paste any text onto your pages directly from MS Word or an external source?
Copying and pasting directly from a program like MS Word, emails or other webpages is one of the easiest ways to destroy your site. When you copy and paste directly from these sources, there is hidden formatting in the text that can cause the page to break. For the verification issue - There are a number of reasons why this might have occurred.

* Check your spam filters to make sure the verification email hasn't ended up there.
* Your email host may have rejected the email.
* You might have accidentally typed your email address incorrectly, which is why the verification email is not being delivered to your address.
* Please note that although we ask you to verify your email address you can build and publish your sites without doing so. This will have no adverse effect on your site or your account.
* To have your verification email resent you can do the following:
1. Log in to your site
2. Click on the "click here" link below the envelope with the red X on it
3. Your email should be resent.
