If you need support from Yola please contact us via email@example.com or make use of our live chat service! We are working on a new approach to community-based support and during this transition period we are not adding any new threads to this forum. Many thanks to everyone who has participated over the years and we look forward to unveiling a new peer-to-peer support system soon!
The Yola templates are not completely compatible with IE 10 - they work much better with Firefox or Chrome.
Are you cutting and pasting from Microsoft Word? Most other programs, like Microsoft word have a bunch of behind the scenes formatting (programmed to work specifically with that program) so when one cuts and pastes from them to internet (on a Yola template) the format will often be changed. Your web page may also become corrupted and not load if there is something in the code from the other program that is not compatible with the internet. It is best to first paste the text in (ie) Notepad to remove the extra code from the formatting and then re-copy it and then paste it on the internet. Here is a link to more information regarding this: https://www.yola.com/tutorials/articl...
Once it is pasted on the Yola template (with the formatting removed) it can then be re-formatted using the text editing bar on the template.
