Hi Yola team
I am ilham ibrahim from New Zealand. From last 3 days i could not fine my website in any search engine. Its showing on search results but once i select site bellow message coming up.

The webpage at http://mybaby.net.nz/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

More information on this error

I have purchase my website address from New Zealand company, but i do not have IP address this time.

I know Yola server has been attack. Personally i think to prevent this kind of attack you should keep more than one server in deferent location with different ID. So if one server attacked still your data safe with other servers.

Hope you will help me to bring up my site.

Thanks for your help

Hello Ilham45,

I am so sorry that this happened to your website, and for the stress and concern this must be causing you.

If you have an externally purchased domain that is pointed to Yola's IP address, because of the DoS attack we have experienced it was necessary to block our old IP address completely and migrate to a new one. This means that you will need to go into your account settings with your registrar and remove the old IP address of 208.75.208.172 and repoint the A Records to 184.72.229.176.

We have a tutorial outlining the steps to configuring your domain: Publish to a domain you already own. For detailed instructions for a few specific domain registrars please click on this link: Domain Configuration with GoDaddy, Register.com & other domain registrars.

Once you have re-pointed your domain to our new IP address, it will again be published and live on the Internet within 24 hours.

If you struggle with any of these instructions, please contact us at support@yola.com and we will do whatever we can to assist.

We are deeply sorry for the impact that this has had on your website and your business. We are committed to a full resolution of the problem and will do everything in our power to prevent it from happening again in future.

Kind Regards,
Emmy

Hi, your website isn't going to be in Google if you haven't submitted it. When I first signed up with Yola I did not know anything, but now I know a lot of stuff! Before, I thought that ALL websites are in Google right away, right when you create it -- Thats not true. You either have to submit it or wait a while for Google to find your site.

Also, your website probably isn't working because you have not changed the IP address that it's pointing to. Yola had to change their IP address. There new one is: 184.72.229.176 So just change the old Ip addresses you have entered, to the new one.
