cant find my website on my account

Yesterday i built and published my website. today i have come to edit it and build it up and i cant find it anywhere in my account but the website is still live on the internet! please help im pulling my hair out, thanks

when I open your account and view your My Yola dashboard, I can see this:



I can also access your website by clicking on the red "Edit website" button.

Can you please check the following for me:

  • Try loading the site on a different computer or network to see if you experience the same speed issues.

  • Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.

  • Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: Clear your browser's cache.

  • Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: Accept cookies.

  • Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: Enable Javascript.

  • Try loading the site in a different browser (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).



If none of these suggestions solves the problem, please let us know.

i have just received an email from you that explains i spelt my email wrong yesterday when i signed up, so i have been signing in with the wrong email! cant believe how stupid ive been but im so chuffed its something that simple =-)
