I have a website with the following address and it is not being found on the web.

http://affordablehousingintheokanagan...

This is the address and none of the search engines, links I have on other sites or typing directly in the address bar will bring it up.

Is there some issue?

Hi rjk1,

I see that your page is returned both when searched on Google or entered directly into the browser. Please see the screenshots below for reference.

Can you please reply with more details about what happens when you try to search or navigate to your website?

I can not get the page to open.
I have cleared browser cache, history and still will not open

I have tried your link and still can not get the site to open. Both my browsers time out before the site opens.

The response I get when doing a connectivity troubleshoot is that affordablehousingintheokanagan.yolasite.com is not responding.

Hi rjk,

I too can see your site so it sounds like a local or regional issue.

Suggest running a tracert to see where the issue may be along the route.

That's good information rjk. Without knowing the trace details and what the hops are I suggest that it is happening near to where you are. In that case I would contact your ISP to see if they have information on this and hopefully a solution.

I have tried to access the site from my work computer and it shows up fine.
What would be the issue with the two computers we have at home, that we can not access the site?

Sounds like a network issue rjk. I suggest following up on Gop's suggestion above and contacting your ISP to start with.

Here is the address the site is located at
http://ip-lookup.net/goto?ec2-54-235-...

When I try and ping the website the same thing happens. Timed out all across the board.
I used ip lookup to try and find where it is and this is the address I got.
I still can not access the site from the two computers I have here at home

Have you been able to discuss this with your ISP (Internet Service Provider)?

I have sent an e-mail of the transcript to support@yola.com
See if you can see anything
They claim they are not blocking any sites and could not find a reason we can not access just that site

Somebody is using this forum for spamming.
I see the post in my email but not on this site.
Did one of the moderators delete the post and if so why would it show up on my email??

Hello rjk,

It seems there was a spam post which was removed by one of the Get Satisfaction moderators. The (random) post in your email would have preceded the moderator removing that post. This is the sequence of events that normally happens in such cases.

Thanks.
That is what I assumed happened also.
