can't find The new email I created and no choice for making new aliases

I cant Make any new email aliases and I can't even fined my email that I created ?? send An email to you're 24 hour respond team at 10pm eastern time and still no response

Hello Jose

I have checked your Yola account and could see that you have successfully bought Yola Mail for your domain. Then I checked your My Yola dashboard and found out that you get the wrong options when going to your Yola Mail tab. You should be given the steps to set up your Yola Mail mailbox. I'm sorry, this is a bug, and I have logged a ticket for our engineers to sort it out.

Your Yola Mail issue has been fixed. If you now go to your Yola Mail tab on your My Yola dashboard, you will see a mailbox for your domain. You can add aliases for the e-mail address that has been set up. I hope everything is working fine for you now. Please let us know if there should be further issues. Thanks.
