there are two of us who log on at different times to edit the site using the same log in info. we have been doing this back and forth for 3 weeks now and when i try to log in i get in and then click on the page and it gives me an error in the bottom right and shows the loading yola maroon bar in the center and then it just says done and never gets in to my site for editing. I cleared my cookies and didnt help. Any ideas out there what is going on? only one of us is able to get in now. the one who set up the account in the first place. is it IP sensitive?

Hi Kim,

You will both be able to login to the account from different locations. It sounds like it could be problems with your browser.

Can try these steps to see whether it fixes the problem:
* Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
* Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Bro....
* Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser: http://www.google.com/cookies.html.
* Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check: http://www.ehow.com/how_4815661_turn-....
* Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
* Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.

Please come back to us if you're still not able to access your site in the Site Builder.

Hi

I am having a serious problem with Yola.

Firstly, I am designing a site called L&S Electrical.

The template that I have chosen for the site, utilises a horizontal menu structure at the top. That is working quite fine.

However, I am trying to create a vertical menu structure for the Products title on the Home Page, so that I can list the products offered and provide links to them. I have inserted the following code:

<!--
body {
font-family: Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
margin: 0;
font-size: 80%;
font-weight: bold;
background: #FFF;
}

h2 {
font: bold 14px Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;
color: #000;
margin: 0px;
padding: 0px 0px 0px 15px;
}

ul {
list-style: none;
margin: 0;
padding: 0;
}

img {
border: none;
}

/*- Menu */

#menu {
width: 200px;
margin: 10px;
}

#menu li a {
height: 32px;
voice-family: "\"}\"";
voice-family: inherit;
height: 24px;
text-decoration: none;
}

#menu li a:link, #menu li a:visited {
color: #FFF;
display: block;
background: url(menu.gif);
padding: 8px 0 0 35px;
}

#menu li a:hover, #menu li #current {
color: #FFF;
background: url(menu.gif) 0 -32px;
padding: 8px 0 0 35px;
}
-->

Tab Menu 9

The menu appears but I can't save the project or preview it.

Upon relaunching my browser (Firefox) and Yola, I am unable to log in.

Can you help.

Thanks very much.

The menu looks like this:

Hi Andre,

Yola is currently experiencing technical difficulties and the site builder is down. This is why you are unable to log in.

Would you mind giving us some time to get this fixed and then seeing if it is still a problem for you.

I apologise for the inconvenience.

Thanks very much, Boomer.

Although the site is not finished, the vertical menu is working nicely.

Take a look - http://sitebuilder.yola.com/sites/D3c...
