Can't get my site to scroll properly?

The horizontal website I am making for my niece is coming along but I can't get it to scroll properly. It works on the test site here: http://www.testvillage.yolasite.com/h... with one slight glitch--when it first loads and you click on one of the links at the bottom it does nothing; then if you click again, it scrolls properly when you use the links. However, on the site I will actually be using here: http://www.meganandnick.yolasite.com the links do not work at all. Same code just some of the text is different and the pictures are different. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hi there Diane,

I have one of our technical staff looking into the problem with your site.

It seems you may have javascript errors on your second site - it may be a cut and paste error...

I will let you know when we have more detail.

Hi Diane,

When checking your site I am getting a few errors.

Error: obj is null
Source File: http://s2.sigmirror.com/files/52711_2...
Line: 147

It seems as though it may have pasted incorrectly. Have you had any luck with it?

Hi, sorry it took so long to reply...snow day yesterday and I had three little boys running around the house :) The link to the javascript is correct; I also repasted it and tried again but still didn't work. It does seem to have something to do with this but I'm not sure what else I can do with it? It works in the preview but not the published site...weird!

Okay, I went back to the original code, remodified it, re-did the text and pictures. It works in preview and not the published site. Still works in the test site.

Hi Diane

The horizontal scrolling appears to be working on Firefox. Are you using a different browser?

p.s. Very cool effect!

Hi, Sanja,

Thanks for checking. I'm using Safari. My husband said it wasn't working in IE either but I will have him check it again in the morning. It just seems weird that it works in my test site in Safari but not the other!

I added a new page to my test site http://www.testvillage.yolasite.com/h... and it works. My test village has been around a while but the other site was created much later. Could there be something wrong with how the new sites are being created? Also, I think I'm using Squeaky Clean for both of these but I'm not completely positive. Here's what I see in the source:
renderPaletteCSS=1265866196 testvillage.yolasite.com
renderPaletteCSS=1265866319 meganandnick.yolasite.com
Could this make a difference?

My husband says in IE that it jumps to the correct spot but does not do the neato automatic scrolling effect. The test site however worked for him. Is it possible that sites created before the advent of Yola Pro allow external hosting of js files and sites created after the advent of Yola Pro do not? It just seems to be ignoring the js file which is hosted on sigmirror.
