Hi Shaun,

There are a few steps that we recommend you try before continuing:

1. Check to see if you are having problems with your network or internet service provider.
2. Clear your browser's cache. This link has more information:
3. Check your privacy settings. You must accept cookies from Yola. Please click on this link to find instructions for accepting cookies with your browser:
4. Check that your browser is set to enable Javascript. This link has more information on how to check:
5. Try loading the site in a different browser (eg. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer).
6. Try loading the site on a different computer or network if possible.
7. Make sure you are using a Yola supported browser:

If none of these suggestions solves your problem, please could you let us know what browser you are using? If your site is published, please could you post your site's URL so that we can take a look.

Great to hear that everything is fixed up now. I cannot say for certain if we will be adding Google Chrome to our list of supported browsers. We are currently compiling the numbers to see how many of our users use Google Chrome.

Hi, Shaunmcalpine,

The pages are there, they just have different names. For example, The Big Screen link goes to a page called Cinema but the actual name of the page is film-vids. So you will either need to change the links to the correct page name or change the names of the pages. You can change the page name by clicking on the Site Manager tab and click on rename next to the page you want to change. I hope this helps.

HI, some of my pages aren't showing up in the published version. I have published my site. Entered the url in my browser and only half the pages load. Is there a reasonable explanation for this. Or is there a bug I am not seeing? The pages not loading have youtube videos on them. Is this anything to do with it? Quite frustrating really...

Any help???
