I am sorry you're experiencing problems loading the Sitebuilder. I have tested it on my side and I am able to load Sitebuilder.
A possible cause might be that your browser is still referencing old site information from a previous session, which it stores in a "cache". It does this so that it doesn't have to download all the information again the next time you visit the same site, and can then load the page faster.
However, this can present a problem if incorrect information gets cached and then you can encounter problems loading pages and logging into sites.
