Cant pay subsciption not receiving any emails help please

I have not received any emails in over 2 weeks and think my subscription may have run out but I have no idea how much or how to renew it can someone please help as my contacts keep phoning me to say they can not send any emails
Not sure if it helps but the email addresses are

Your domain,, expired on 2013-07-24. As a result, your Yola Mail also expired.

If you would like to renew your domain, we would be happy to work with our domain registration partner to restore it. You will be charged a 1 year renewal fee of £6.95, and we would need to bill the renewal fee to your stored credit card on file.

I noticed that you are using PayPal as your default payment method in your account. Unfortunately we are unable to bill a PayPal account separately, and if you do not have a stored credit card on your account, please feel free to add one by following these steps:

Log in to My Yola.
Hover your cursor over your email address (located at the top of the page).
Click "Payment Methods" on the drop-down menu.
Click on the blue "Add new payment method" box in the top right corner.
Fill in the required fields.
Click "Save payment method".

Please let us know if you are comfortable with this charge, and we will proceed with renewing your domain.

You will also need to repurchase your Yola Mail (but do not create a mailbox) and then we can add this to your old Yola Mailbox.
