Hi Tom,

Thank you for posting - I think you're experiencing a similar issue to this one: http://forum.yola.com/yola/topics/my_....

We are looking into the problem as fast as we can.

Hi Tom - an update for you. Please could you try increasing the resolution of your screen in the Display settings of your computer. For more information on how to do that, please click on this links: http://www.simplehelp.net/2006/08/02/....

Please come back to us if that does not work for you. If possible, could you let us know what browser and version you are using (eg. IE7, Firefox 3).

Dear Marije Ma'm,
Thanks for the quick response.
The problem is solved. Mine was similar to the one which you had mentioned.
Before, I could post in the Blog easily with the old resolution . But, now I don't know what happened. Did yola change anything?.
I have one more problem. I don't know why my Site Editor is slow these days. When I type, my cursor moves slowly wasting my precious time. Why is this happening?
By the way, how is my Site? Ma'm .

Hi Thomas - thanks for coming back to us. Could you let us know what browser and version you are using? For example, Internet Explorer 7, Firefox 3. Is it slow on a particular page of your site?

Hi Thomas,

The more content you have on your site, the longer it will take to load.

I did take a look at some of your pages and I see that you have text copied and pasted from MS Word. This could definitely slow the loading of pages.

When you copy and paste rich text directly from MS Word (or another word processor) onto your site, this brings along a whole lot of unwanted formatting that is not web friendly and can easily break your page.

To avoid display and loading issues, the best alternative is first to paste your text into NotePad (in the accessories folder of your computer) and then paste it as plain text onto your Yola page. You can then use the Yola text editor to format your text as desired. You can also use this Text Editor: http://html101.yolasite.com/ to format and spell check your text and strip out MS Word code. It will generate valid markup which you can safely paste into the Yola site builder.

Please note that this would be the case with any browser-based text editor you might use, not just Yola. It is a universal website building problem.

The solution in this case - you can delete the existing text and then re-add it to your page following the steps above.

Dear Marije Ma'm,
I am thankful to you.
I feel relieved now.
Thank you for the quick response.

My problems are all solved. But, I have a small Doubt.
I hope you will answer this.
The Doubt is :Does Yola provide Unlimited storage capacity for our site contents?. Is there a limit after which we should not post or add content to our site for lack of Server storage Capacity?. How do we know if there is a limit?.
I hope you got my question.

Thanks,
Regards.

Thomas,

Yola has no limits on how many files can be uploaded. The only limitation is that each file can only be 15mb or less.

Dear Duke Sir,
Thanks for the reply.
I am not telling about Files alone.
I am also talking about pages and content too.
If the number of web pages and Content increases it will be a burden on the Server. Is'n it?.
So, Is Yola having any specified Limit regarding this?.
I am eager to know.

Thanks,
Regards.
